For two years I have debated whether to take Stacy Julian's "Library of Memories" class. Her method of organization and push to "let go" of chronological stress is like the call of the siren for me. I am so tired of feeling stressed about the gaps, I'm ready to change the way I scrap. I have her books and have read them and re-read them, and concluded that only with the push and timeline of an online class would I actually get this done. So after much debate, today I signed up for her class at Big Picture Scrapbooking. I'm not sold on her photo organization, but I think I NEED to reorganize my scrapbooks. I'm hoping someone I know will take the class so we can work together - please post on my blog if you're taking it!

DB spends very little time on the internet and doesn't read your blog, so she probably won't see it. When the class starts, visit the message board. You'll likely see some names you know! (not me)
That's awesome Krystal! Wish I was taking the class with you, but I'm not able to do it this time. I will tell you though, that being free from that chronological pressure is glorious! I never have been a chrono scrapper, too much ADD for that, LOL!

Hey there! I'll be in the LOM class again this year and hope to actually get my system finished this year. It really is a great value because you get to take the class 2 more times for free. So this is my third year and I am really looking forward to it because there will be a whole digi part now. Hope to see you on the boards there
Hey Krystal...I know you from TLC...but you probably don't remember me...I was a few down your line. I am actually going to take it too. I could have posted your exact words...not so sure about it but something has got to give with my organizing of all things scrap related so hopefully this will do it! Your scrproom is gorgeous! I finally have a room of my own and just can't seem to get it in order either...maybe i need to take the organization class too! :)
Hi Krystal from your fellow GOBI alum-scrapperann. I followed your link from Stacy's blog. You will love LOM and you might find that you like her photo storage system. As she says in class, "Trust her" and it go in with an open mind as it appears you will. PS Were you in Karen Russell's Photographer's Workshop last quarter?
Since I "took" it last year and only got a very small amount actually done, I'm doing it again. And like someone said, it's FREE the next time around. Plus, now there's a digi section that I'm looking forward to. Maybe knowing you're here too will help motivate me to actually POST something. LOL!! I like to lurk ;}
I know I won't be able to print all 20 Gazillion pics on my computer, but I'll make more of an effort this time. I'll look for you girlfriend!
